Due to the strong demand for the Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas Multi-Family programs, the 2025 rebate budget for Prescriptive, Custom, and Partner Trade Ally is fully reserved. Effective April 24, any new projects that are submitted will be waitlisted. All projects with an existing pre-approval letter are approved to be completed in 2025. Further updates will be provided should additional funding become available.

Please note that incentives remain available for the following new technologies: gas absorption heat pumps, micro combined heat and power, and CarbinX. Please contact us if you are interested in learning more about how these technologies can benefit your customers.

We are no longer accepting new applications for incentives or rebates that have not already received pre-approval and a reservation letter. Trade allies can continue to work on projects that have received pre-approval, but no new projects in these offerings can be accepted.
